Waterside Green

Waterside Green is a 75-Unit townhouse development built in 1992 for homeowners with moderate incomes. The housing is an asset to the surrounding community as well as to its residents. The townhouses have front porches and yards with picket fences that give families secure, private outdoor space, which is rare in high density housing. Waterside Green continues to be our largest HOA and remains well maintained.

West Side Commons

West Side Commons is a 29-Unit townhouse development part of Stamford’s Westside neighborhood revitalization. This project has turned the Westside into a stable, economically balanced area that nurtures family-friendly living, while stimulating economic renewal. The community is a model for the revitalization of the residential urban fabric of Connecticut’s inner cities, fulfilling residents’ deep desire for a “home.” West Side Commons provides affordable housing for low- and moderate-income working families, market-rate housing, supportive housing, and home ownership opportunities. 

River Run Condominiums II

River Run Condominiums II is a 6-Unit development built in 1940. Located along the Mill River in a quiet section of mid-city Stamford. This complex borders Scalzi Park and the new Mill River park project with loads of hiking trails and plenty of outdoor events throughout the year.

Fifteen Victory Condominiums

Fifteen Victory is a 12-Unit development built in 1980. Fifteen Victory welcomes their owners with assigned covered parking, convenient for winter snow car cleaning. The property hosts amenities including coin operated washer and drying machines with an assigned storage unit in the basement. Located minutes from I-95 and only a 5-min drive to downtown Stamford.

Woodway Manor is a 6-Unit townhouse style development built in 1980 located in the Springdale neighborhood of Stamford. Each unit consists of three levels of living space, two private parking spaces and a private deck perfect for grilling with outdoor storage underneath. Wa We Property Management has taken Woodway Manor on as a client in late 2023.

Heritage Commons is a 10-Unit townhouse style development built in 1980 located in the Springdale neighborhood of Stamford. The tri-level townhomes are conveniently located near all major highways and train lines. Wa We Property Management has taken on Heritage Commons as a client in late 2023.
